Over the last few weeks, the health inspector and town OCD Queen has been on vacation. She had a dramatic I quit moment in Snow White's office, it revolved around a health code violation 6.8 wad of monkey hair in a government officials office. She placed down her clip board and walked out.
The streets whether you noticed or not have been getting dirty, filled with trash and litter. People's businesses are now violating various health codes as Penny has not been monitoring them, which may have mice and cockroaches living it up.
Penny will be breaking out the white plastic gloves and resuming her post on Monday and ending the mess in the town. Beware she will be on the cleaning war path. Citations and ranting about germs all over the place.
